You may be asked to provide your shipping address and phone number after you place the order. It is needed for the delivery document to ensure the products can arrive successfully.it is very important for each other.


 

When you leave messages (some questions about our products) online, you have to leave correct mail address. Then we can reply you successfully. We will not disclose customer's mail address & personal information while we reply online messages.



How we use your personal information:

The personal information we collect allows us to record the orders correctly. We have online order system to record each order, like when the order is placed, customer name, what products customer orders, shipping address & phone number, payment transfer No., shipping date, and tracking number. All these information is list on the order system, and then it will be better for us to ensure all orders are manufactured by turn & shipped by turn. And it is good for orders manage.


 

For some customers, they do not like us to share their logo design and pictures of their products. Also, we have done some OEM for some customers' products. We will not share their information with anyone else.
